We are based in Australia and proudly offer international shipping. All orders are shipped out directly from our domestic warehouse. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed with up to 4 business days at peak times such as Christmas. This means you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email up to 4 business days later. We use couriers with tracking and delivery from 3 - 10 business days.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in all of the original packaging in a re sellable condition. Please not we do not offer refunds on sale items.

To complete your return, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@eliteathletica.com and ask for a Return Authority number. Once they have provided you a Return Authority number and the return address you can return the goods to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

If your item is in transit to you, we cannot issue a refund until the item is returned to us as per the above steps. If there are shipping delays and you have not yet received your item, this is not grounds to receive a refund until the item has arrived and been returned to us.

Defective/Damaged Items (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item is defective or damaged upon receiving your purchase from us, please contact us immediately via info@eliteathletica.com so we can send you a replacement item.

It is important that we receive images of the defective/damaged items within 5 days of you receiving it. If you do not provide us with this information within this timeframe, your exchange or refund may be void.

Elite Athletica accepts all major card holders including Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Paypal. Buy now, pay later options such as Afterpay and Zip Pay are also accepted!

We recommend changing the water at least once a week. Although the length between water changes depends on each situation. If you are looking to pack your ice bath away after each use, you will have to empty the bath and refill it the next time you want to use it.

Factors that will affect how often you need to change the water include; showering before your ice bath, being barefoot outside before the ice bath, whether you are using the ice bath cover or not and training right before using the ice bath.

The recommended temperature for an ice bath is between 10-15 degrees celsius (around 50-60 Fahrenheit).

The temperature of the ice bath can differ depending on how much ice you put in.

It can take 20-30 minutes to fill the ice bath. Depending on individuals we recommend filling the ice bath three quarters of the way full that way when you hop in, the water and ice don’t overflow.

This is subject to change depending on the temperature of the air around, the water and the season. We recommend between 5-8 bags of ice to achieve this. We also recommend freezing water in containers or freezing ice packs/water bottles to re-use for the ice bath.

For athletes or individuals who engage in high-intensity workouts regularly, it’s recommended to take an ice bath after each workout session to aid recovery. However, for those who are less active or use ice baths for general wellness, 2-3 times a week is sufficient.
